Bought this for my 4 year old daughter and it doesnt do anything. Weve tried everything and all I get is a green screen and music in the background. Paid $3.99. First time Ive ever felt robbed from an app.

I just bought this app today for my daughter, but the app isnt working. It goes to a green or white screen and we cant see any of the buttons or functions... Fix or refund my money

How frustrating and disappointing - we just bought and downloaded this app and it doesnt even work. Just a blank green screen. It is also my experience that Disneys tech support is lacking, either in resources or know-how. Their apps (not just this one) are constantly breaking and they take a long time to get fixed.

Hey Apple/iTunes, I want my $4 back! This app doesnt work. Next time Ill read reviews. Thought yall werent like Google? Supposedly check/review apps before selling them...guess not. Shame on Disney and Apple for still selling this dud!

Blank white screen!!! Would really like my money back

App doesnt work, goes to a green screen after start up. We deleted the app and reinstalled, still has same problem.

Just downloaded the Magic Mirror app and I we get is a blank green screen asking a question if we have the Disney Dream Castle. No where to answer and does nothing else. WASTE OF $4.00. Very upset.

WASTE of MONEY!!! Should have read more reviews before purchase. Loads and all we get is "green screen with do you have the perfect palace" deleted and re downloaded many times! Just gave up finally! Do not buy!!! I want my 3.99 back!!!!!!

I paid $4 for an app that does not work im not happy and my daughter cant play it with her dream castle!

So frustrating! Just bought this for my niece and I cant even get past the first screen. I try to take a pic like it says and the app just shuts down. Do not buy!

Please fix this app, it used to work mow just has a green screen after it opens!

Thats a shame. Updated iOS and it finally works but now disappointed that it corresponds to the toy (which you either buy or dont) for it to work.

Horrible app. Does not work. Must have some separate dollhouse I dont have to use it. If I could give it negative stars I would.

How can you have all these horrible reviews about your game apps and not even care enough to take care of this!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
